Welcome to Wallet Migration

Opteq makes it simple to take full control of your Qoin. Whether you’re upgrading for better security, faster performance, or just peace of mind—this step-by-step guide helps you seamlessly migrate your wallet with confidence. Step 1

Set Up Your Secure Passkey

  • Click on “Create Passkey”.
  • Your passkey will securely store in your Apple or Google account linked to your email.
  • Once the passkey is successfully created, press “Continue”.

Step 2

Start Migration

  • Click “Migrate My Qoin” to migrate your existing balance to your new wallet address.

Step 3

Confirm Migration Details

  • Verify your new wallet address and Qoin amount carefully.
  • Click “Confirm & Migrate”.

Step 4

Signature Request

  • A signature request popup will appear.
  • Click “Sign” to confirm ownership of your current wallet address.

Step 5

 Migration Processing

  • The migration status checks and updates every 10 seconds.
  • Please be patient, this can take several minutes.

Step 6

Migration Successful

  • Once successful, a confirmation message will appear showing your old wallet address, new wallet address, and migrated Qoin amount.
  • You can now access your Qoin from your new Opteq Wallet.

Signature Validation Error

Solution: Retry after a few minutes.

Wallet Already Migrated

Issue: The wallet shows as already migrated.

Solution: Verify if you used another account previously for migration.

 Balance Retrieval Issue

Issue: Wallet balance couldn’t be retrieved.

Solution: Wait and retry or contact support.

Zero Balance Error

Issue: Wallet balance shows zero.

Solution: Choose a wallet with an existing Qoin balance for migration.

Invalid Destination Address

Issue: Entered address is invalid.

Solution: Recheck the address carefully and retry.

 Invalid Retry Attempt

Issue: Migration retry failed due to incorrect parameters.
